Saint Anthony Hospital in Chicago, IL seeks a Senior IT Infrastructure and Systems Manager to lead the operation, reliability, and security of the hospital's technology environment.

You will partner with IT leadership, clinical stakeholders, and vendors to design roadmaps, manage projects, and ensure uptime for clinical and business systems.

The role requires 7+ years in IT infrastructure with healthcare exposure and 3+ years in leadership; master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience in healthcare or complex environments.
• 7+ years of leadership or supervisory experience; experience with enterprise infrastructure and cloud.

Responsabilités

• Serve as deputy to the Director of IT Infrastructure and Networks.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of infrastructure and systems personnel.
• Establish operational priorities, service standards, and performance expectations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop technical staff through performance management and professional development initiatives.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, customer service, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in budgeting, strategic planning, staffing, and resource allocation.
