IDR, Inc. is seeking a Test Coordinator to support go-live readiness for healthcare IT system deployments in Mankato, MN. You will coordinate testing activities, document results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful system go-lives across locations.

This role offers hands-on experience in healthcare technology, collaboration with clinical and technical teams, and the opportunity to contribute to critical healthcare rollouts within a dedicated environment.

Competenze

• High School / GED with 4 years in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service.
• Associate's degree with 2 years in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service.
• Bachelor's degree with strong computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate testing activities and validate system functionalities across multiple locations.
• Follow standardized test scripts, document test results, troubleshoot issues, and escalate.
• Retest devices and workflows after remediation, maintaining detailed records of testing outcomes.
• Assist in final preparation and handoff of open items into go-live processes, ensuring successful system implementation.
• Collaborate within clinical and technical environments to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
