UnityBPO, Inc. is hiring for an in-person IT support specialist in the Albuquerque area. You will assist clinicians and staff with PC hardware and software issues, using tools like Microsoft Office, VPN, and Active Directory.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year experience supporting, troubleshooting, and repairing PCs.
• Working knowledge of PC hardware and software, operating systems, network settings and Microsoft Office applications.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift/transport moderately heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside normal hours.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of patient, client, and company information.

• Resolve in-depth PC hardware and software problems using documented processes and procedures (Microsoft Office, Win11 VPN, Active Directory, and related tools).
• Provide troubleshooting assistance to clinicians and caregivers and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
• Use remote assistance tools to diagnose and resolve issues within target time limits.
• Document all required information in the ticketing system.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate team to ensure resolution.
