Job summary

Senior TLC, Inc. is seeking a Director of Information Systems to lead the Systems department and align technology with organizational goals. The role focuses on data-driven decision support, regulatory compliance, and high-quality participant care across all PACE locations, reporting to the CEO.

The DIS will oversee strategies, budgets, staffing, and vendor management, driving system implementations, security, and governance to enable informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, informatics, healthcare administration or related field; not required with substantial equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of healthcare information systems experience; 3+ years in leadership or management.
• Experience with CMS, HIPAA, data governance and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Represent IS in organizational planning, goal setting and decision-making as a member of the executive leadership team.
• Develop and maintain IT strategy and multi-year data roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead, hire, train, and evaluate Systems staff; set priorities and promote accountability.
• Establish department budget and advise on technology investments and resources.
• Oversee enterprise EHR portfolio and vendor relationships; ensure system readiness and adoption.
