• Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are encouraged.
• Proven IT support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for patient care.
• Understanding hospital IT operations and use of IT applications in healthcare.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
