Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Director of Project Delivery and IT Professional Services (Finance) to lead the Project Delivery and Professional Services organization for informatics projects and instrument installations.

You will own the portfolio's delivery, governance, and financial outcomes, while building strong relationships with hospital and health-system leaders. The role requires extensive healthcare IT leadership, strategic vision, and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Twelve or more years of healthcare implementation and project management experience.
• Proven leadership of customer-facing professional services teams.
• Experience delivering complex healthcare technology projects in hospitals or health systems.
• Experience managing a professional services portfolio financially and operationally.
• Ability to establish governance, metrics, and delivery methodologies.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Project Delivery and Professional Services organization for informatics projects and diagnostic-instrument installations.
• Ensure delivery readiness, schedules, milestones, capacity, and risk management across engagements.
• Establish scalable delivery methodologies, governance, standard work, and performance expectations.
• Coach and retain IT professionals, project managers, and technical consultants.
• Set clear performance standards, development plans, and accountability measures.
• Own revenue forecasting, utilization, project margins, and cost-to-complete for the portfolio.
• Monitor project health and intervene on delays, cost overruns, or customer dissatisfaction.
• Lead escalations and project recovery efforts with root-cause analysis.
