Job summary

BMCHS seeks a polished, strategic Director of IT Architecture to lead the enterprise architecture program. You will align technology with clinical and operational goals, drive governance, and manage a team spanning network, cloud, and systems architecture to optimize interop, security, and cost.

You will partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-availability solutions across the health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in IT architecture, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading network, cloud, and systems architecture teams in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an architecture strategy aligned with clinical and operational goals.
• Lead architecture teams across network, cloud, and systems.
• Establish governance, standards, and cost optimization.
