• Ability to triage application issues tied to database, OS, or network dependencies; strong customer support.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Frontline Leaders, system users, and IS staff to determine department needs.
• Develop cost-effective, efficient software solutions with IS team; leverage standard app functionality.
• Coordinate vendor and healthcare facility contacts to enhance software evolution.
• Plan, test, and implement software enhancements; guide end users in workflows and manuals.
• Evaluate ad-hoc reporting requests and provide graphical views for analysis when possible.
• Develop data queries with IS team to respond to end-user needs.
• Use scripting to improve end-user productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity and apply QA practices across the organization.
