Job summary
UI Health in Chicago invites applications for an IT Technical Associate (Application Analyst) to support and optimize clinical and business software, including the electronic health record (EHR).
You will collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders, vendors, and Information Services teams across the full SDLC, gathering requirements, configuring solutions, testing, training materials, go-live support, and ongoing optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, information systems management or a clinical area of study.
- Minimum of one year of professional IT experience with Software Solutions in healthcare IT.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure healthcare applications meet organizational needs.
- Support applications across the full SDLC including requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and optimization.
- Analyze workflows and document requirements to define application needs and enhancements.
- Plan, execute, and validate software upgrades and releases for stability and compliance.
- Provide 24/7 on-call production application support as part of rotating schedule.
