Job summary

AltaPointe Health Systems seeks an IT analyst to assist in deploying applications and their components, supporting project timelines for EHR deployments, and aligning with clinical and administrative workflows that drive daily operations.

You will support testing and implementation of updates, create and track work items, coordinate user trainings for EHR and related applications, and ensure documentation and compliance across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Nursing or equivalent healthcare degree.
• 1-3 years’ experience in healthcare applications preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools (e.g., Crystal).
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment of applications and their components.
• Maintain knowledge of business rules and workflows in administrative and clinical areas.
• Support end-users during new implementations and issue resolution.
• Assist in creating and implementing communication plans for maintenance and enhancements.
• Assist in enterprise applications maintenance and enhancements, testing and upgrades.
• Coordinate application trainings and support training end users on updates.
• Provide tier 1 and 2 support and conduct audits to monitor compliance.
• Develop documentation related to user support and procedures.
