Job summary

Optimum Healthcare IT is looking for recent college graduates to join the Optimum CareerPath training program and grow into Healthcare IT Analysts. The program will equip you with the tools needed for success in the Healthcare IT industry, including design, build/configuration, testing, validation, documentation, and ongoing support for healthcare applications.

Under the guidance of senior team members, you will learn to implement, administer, and support systems, gaining exposure to Epic,

Qualifications

• Recent college graduates encouraged to apply.

• Strong analytical and time-management abilities.

• Experience or coursework in healthcare IT preferred.
• Willingness to travel during training.

Responsibilities

• Design, build/configuration, testing, validation, documentation, and ongoing support for Healthcare applications.
• Implement, administer, and support assigned systems under guidance of senior team members.
• Understand healthcare organizations, ancillary systems, and health system operations.
• Analyze and document user requirements to automate or improve existing systems.
• Document workflows and report on status and outcomes in the system.
• Develop, document, and revise system design procedures and testing standards.
• Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflows.
• Coordinate projects, schedules, and meetings as needed.
• Provide technical and functional analyst support for EHR platforms, ERP systems, ITSM apps, analytics tools and cloud deployments.
