Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to manage recalls, backorders and emergencies.
• Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads in converting supplies between vendors with data-backed prep.
• Uses Excel, Access and MMIS to develop and interpret inventory data.
• Prepares work plans and timelines for supply chain projects.
• Trains frontline staff on inventory management practices.
• Collaborates with EMR Analysis and other teams on projects.
• Reviews PAR levels and forecasts stock needs to avoid shortages.
• Manages physical inventory and related documentation.
