You will lead the James Materials and Equipment Management team, directing ordering, receiving, storage and distribution of supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3 years of relevant supply chain experience.
• Experience in inventory management, materials management, logistics, or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise execution of a lean supply support system to meet clinical needs.
• Oversee daily department operations including ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain processes to ensure timely delivery across the health system.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to James Materials and Equipment Management staff.
• Foster relationships with vendors and internal departments; act as frontline problem solver.
