Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, OH is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee the lean supply support system across The James and OSUMC locations. You will supervise ordering, receipt, storage and distribution of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and efficient workflows.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager and Director, you will coach staff, conduct performance reviews, build strong vendor relationships, and act as a frontline problem solver with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, materials management, logistics, healthcare operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Supervise the execution of a lean supply support system across OSU Wexner Medical Center locations.
Oversee daily operations including ordering, receipt, storage and distribution of supplies and equipment.
Maintain processes/workflows to ensure accurate and timely delivery of supplies and equipment.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
