Job summary

CHS Career Site is seeking a Supply Chain Technician in Dothan, AL to support accurate and efficient flow of supplies within the facility. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, distributing materials, and maintaining organized storerooms and POC locations to meet safety and inventory standards.

You'll conduct inventory counts, process shipments, and enter data into the ERP system to support patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in healthcare supply chain with inventory calculations for bulk distribution, par levels, and units of measure.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, inventory control, or materials management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; report discrepancies.
• Stock storeroom and warehouse items using FIFO to ensure proper inventory rotation.
• Maintain safety stock levels and min/max quantities for storeroom and POC areas.
• Conduct physical and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Deliver supplies to departments and obtain signatures for confirmation of delivery.
