Qualifications

• 0-1 year healthcare supply chain experience required.
• 1-3 years in supply chain, warehouse, inventory control, or materials management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects, and processes incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips.
• Stocks storeroom and warehouse items using FIFO principles to ensure proper inventory rotation.
• Maintains safety stock levels by reviewing min/max quantities for storeroom and POC supply areas.
• Performs scheduled physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy, resolving discrepancies.
• Picks and stages supplies based on department requisitions and ensures system accuracy.
• Delivers items to departments with signatures for delivery confirmation.
• Coordinates outbound shipments for returns with proper documentation.
• Ensures storeroom and warehouse environments stay clean and compliant with standards.
• Supports semi-annual and year-end inventory processes and data validation.
• Inputs data into ERP or inventory systems for receipts, adjustments, transfers, and requisitions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
