Responsibilities include receiving, stock rotation, MMIS-based tracking, and helping with procurement and reporting. A detail-oriented, reliable professional thrives in a dynamic healthcare team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required, or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a healthcare distribution or inventory environment is preferred.
• Candidates should have basic computer skills and forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory in procedural areas with specialized supply requirements.
• Perform receiving functions and ensure shipment accuracy.
• Collaborate with management, staff, and physicians to fulfill supply needs.
• Utilize MMIS for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Monitor par levels, rotate stock, and check expiration dates.
• Prepare inventory reports and manage backorders where applicable.
• Process returns and assist with procurement activities as directed.
