• Analyze stock levels and forecasts to optimize reorder points and safety stock.
• Enforce inventory control policies to prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics and clinical staff to improve processes.
• Monitor supplier performance and coordinate with vendors on delivery accuracy.
