Job summary

Mercyhealth in Illinois seeks an Inventory Clerk to manage medical supplies, coordinate with departments and vendors, and maintain accurate ERP records. You will perform cycle counts, process replenishments, and investigate discrepancies to support cost control and supply availability for patient care.

Qualifications

• One year of ordering, purchasing, inventory control and/or general accounting required.
• Must have knowledge of inventory control procedures.
• CPIM or other inventory management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, rotate, remove and document outdated/overstocked supplies; coordinate annual physical inventory.
• Maintain overall cycle count program and inventory accuracy; investigate discrepancies.
• Process replenishment requisitions via ERP; ensure timely deliveries and order cutoffs.
