Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Digital Product Analyst, Interoperability, to define, develop and execute strategies that scale healthcare data exchanges across LIS and EMR/EHR platforms, driving seamless interoperability for our partners and health systems.

You will map clinical workflows, own backlog with user stories, collaborate with engineers, and ensure compliance with HL7, FHIR and HIPAA while guiding adoption and client migrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital product analysis, healthcare IT analyst, or interface engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead data flow, workflow analysis for clinical data across LIS and EMR/EHR platforms.
• Partner with EHR vendors and networks to define connectivity requirements and support client migrations.
• Write descriptive features and user stories for integrations; guide agile teams through sprints and releases.
