Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Healthcare providers/healthcare services experience preferred.
• CPA, CIA, or comparable certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead internal audit strategy and annual risk-based audit plan across financial, operational, regulatory, and technology areas.
• Oversee audits from planning to findings, remediation, and reporting to executives and Audit Committee.
• Evaluate internal controls and enterprise risks; strengthen governance and processes.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, IT, Operations, and other leaders.
