The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in internal audit or public accounting, with CPA preferred. Location: Altamonte Springs, FL.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with audit scope development and selection of procedures.
• Document business processes and controls for audits.
• Prepare audit work papers, summaries, and memos.
• Perform tests of controls and account balances and report findings.
• Communicate audit issues promptly and uphold deadlines.
• Develop analytical, data analysis and interpersonal skills.
• Stay current with accounting/auditing standards and emerging issues.
• Support continuous improvement within the department.
