Job summary
Workscapes, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Designer to deliver interior design services for healthcare and commercial spaces across Florida.
The role focuses on programming, space planning, typicals, color boards, and digital presentations, with collaboration across sales, project management, and installation teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in interior design, a Florida license (preferred), and NCIDQ (preferred), plus at least three years of
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or comparable experience.
- State of Florida Interior Design License preferred.
- NCIDQ Certification preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in commercial contract furniture design; healthcare design experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Programming and space planning for healthcare and commercial spaces.
- Prepare sketches, renderings, drawings, cost estimates and sample boards.
- Develop block and space plans and color/finish boards.
- Create finished working drawings for specification and installation; ensure plans meet codes.
- Coordinate with sales, PMs, order entry and installation teams.
- Review project status with Project Managers and installation group.
