Job summary

Little, a diverse and transdisciplinary design firm, seeks an Interior Designer/Interior Architect for its Healthcare Studio in Orlando. You’ll work with regional and national healthcare clients on projects from small upfits to large renovations, leading with collaboration and design thinking.

Bachelor’s in Interior Design/Interior Architecture and 3+ years’ experience required; Revit proficiency essential; NCIDQ path preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of experience in interior design/interior architecture.
• Excellent presentation, drawing and sketching skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Revit; Microsoft Suite required; other design programs are a plus.
• Motivated self-starter who works well in a collaborative environment; able to communicate with team and clients.
• On the path to NCIDQ certification is preferred; SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop and Enscape are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide interiors-focused healthcare expertise within design concepts.
• Participate in or lead programming and pre-planning design analysis.
• Provide design documentation for healthcare projects from small upfits to large renovations.
• Assist with FF&E and artwork recommendations and support procurement.
• Assist with interior design standards development for clients.
• Assist with or lead presentation composition for meetings.
• Coordinate with graphic, signage, branding, furniture vendors, and engineering consultants.
