UCHealth is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to support the capital program with patient-centered design solutions. You will develop interior concepts, finish palettes, and furniture plans, coordinating with clinical teams and vendors to deliver on time.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and about 7 years of healthcare or institutional design experience, with a strong emphasis on documentation, standards, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of interior design experience in healthcare, commercial or institutional projects.
• Experience with design documentation, finish selections, and furniture coordination.
• BLS/ CPR certification may be required per department.

Responsabilités

• Develop interior design concepts, finish palettes, material selections, furniture concepts, schedules, specs, and presentations.
• Support projects from planning and design through construction.
• Develop and maintain systemwide furniture, finish, artwork, and interior environment standards.
• Coordinate interior design activities with project teams, clinical and operational stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and reps.
• Participate in design reviews, construction coordination, punch lists, and occupancy readiness.
• Improve interior design tools, standards, and documentation practices.
