Qualifications

• 5–10 years of interior design experience.
• Healthcare project experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel if required.
• Proficiency in Revit and 3D modeling.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Enscape or rendering tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute healthcare interior design projects from early design through construction administration.
• Collaborate with clients, project team, and contractors to identify objectives and options.
• Develop design concepts, documentation, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Prepare contract and permitting documents with attention to quality and code compliance.
• Lead team members and mentor junior staff.
• Support marketing efforts with presentations when required.
