• Researches and prepares technical design specifications affecting costs and construction.
• Manages an annual interior design budget and coordinates orders exceeding $600,000.
• Develops project schedules and prepares floor plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Advises supervisors on design deficiencies and coordinates with paint crews.
