Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of healthcare interior design experience.
• Ability to serve as SME for interior design in VA healthcare settings.
• Experience mentoring junior VA Interior Designers during transitions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for interior design supporting VA medical centers and Replacement facility.
• Lead interior design projects from concept to installation for healthcare environments.
• Develop construction documents, finish schedules, and FF&E plans per VA criteria.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and facility leadership.
• Ensure accessibility, patient safety, and regulatory compliance throughout design work.
