Job summary

Global Silicon Valley seeks an experienced Interior Construction Superintendent to oversee healthcare interior projects in occupied facilities. You will lead field operations, coordinate trades, ensure safety, and maintain schedules while minimizing disruption to patient care.

The role requires strong planning, communication, and leadership, with expertise in infection prevention, NFPA/OSHA compliance, and multi-trade coordination on complex healthcare builds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years as a Superintendent in commercial interior construction.
• At least 2 years managing healthcare construction or renovation projects in occupied medical facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations for interior healthcare construction and renovation projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, facility personnel and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet milestones and completions.
• Enforce safety policies, OSHA requirements and site safety plans.
• Implement infection control and ILMS/ICRA protocols as required.
• Monitor workmanship for compliance with drawings, specs and quality.
