Job summary

Xsolis is seeking an Integration Engineer II to advance and implement integration solutions across internal and external platforms. You will define interface requirements, configure interfaces, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data exchange in healthcare environments.

Responsibilities include monitoring interfaces, troubleshooting the interface engine, maintaining documentation, and architecting new interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience creating and maintain HL7 interfaces.
• 1-3 years of experience with JavaScript Development.
• 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Basic knowledge of application support.
• HL7 v2.x message types and segment/field mapping (ADT, ORM, ORU, DFT, MDM, etc.).
• XML, CCD, CDA, DICOM formats; standards like LOINC, CPT, IDC-9/ICD-10, SNOMED.
• SQL Server/MySQL database platform.
• TCP/IP security, networking, and data transport methods.
• Clear and concise communication.
• Troubleshooting interface issues through research.
• Mirth Connect (or similar) interface engine.
• Command line proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Determine business needs for interfaces, document requirements, and configure interfaces per requirements.
• Monitor live interfaces and collaborate with experts to provide resolutions.
• Support, troubleshoot, upgrade, and audit the interface engine.
• Research and troubleshoot interface problems with minimal assistance.
• Create and maintain flat file pass-through for third-party entities and map/troubleshoot interfaces.
• Maintain architectural documentation for deployed interfaces.
• Manage information flow between internal and external customers.
• Support internal and external customers by resolving issues.
• Review specifications and architect interfaces based on design.
• Create interfaces from scratch and document new interfaces.
