Job summary

Heidi Health Corp. is seeking an Implementations Engineer to own the stability and scale of customer integrations. You’ll assess feasibility, design integrations, and drive them from discovery through go-live with a focus on reusable patterns.

In this role, you will work closely with GTM teams and engineering to scope requests, build HL7/FHIR-based connectors, and ensure successful integration in production. You’ll document builds for reuse and support ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations between healthcare systems.
• Ability to scope, estimate, and document technical designs for customer integrations.
• Collaborate with GTM teams, presales, and engineering to deliver customer value.

Responsibilities

• Scope feasibility and translate customer asks into actionable designs.
• Build integrations between Heidi and customer systems (EHRs, identity providers, data warehouses, scheduling).
• Own testing, UAT, and go-live support for integrations.
• Maintain reusable components and documentation for future deployments.
