Job summary

EPIC Health is hiring an Inside Sales Representative – Healthcare to support Unity Self-Funded Health Plan and Exodus DPC lines. This fully onsite role in Southfield, MI offers a base hourly rate plus commission, with Mon-Fri daytime hours and no weekends.

You will conduct outbound outreach, qualify leads, and guide prospects from initial contact through enrollment, while maintaining CRM records and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of inside sales, outbound sales, or call-center sales experience preferred.
• Healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-up outreach to qualified leads and prospective clients.
• Present and explain Unity self-funded health plan solutions and Exodus DPC models.
• Identify prospect needs, qualify opportunities, and address questions.
