Job summary

Bravida Medical, LLC in Largo, FL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to build relationships with healthcare professionals and customers, driving product adoption and patient outcomes. The role offers $20/hour with monthly commission potential up to $1,800+ and on-site training with a path to hybrid work after milestones.

You will engage in consultative conversations, educate customers on wound care and infection prevention solutions, and work toward meeting and surpassing sales targets

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed performance goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and keeping accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing customers via inbound/outbound calls.
• Develop trusted relationships through consultative conversations.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to follow-up.
• Educate customers on products, applications, and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and develop new business.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences leading to long-term partnerships.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM; collaborate with teams.
