InComm Payments is seeking a Project Manager I for the Healthcare team to coordinate and manage implementation projects, interfacing with retailers and service providers. Familiarity with POS systems, payments processing, and bankcard operations is preferred.

You will work with internal and external clients, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with product roadmaps while promoting PM best practices across projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.

• Maintain control and responsibility for the entire implementation across initiation, planning, execution, closing, and monitoring in a multi-project environment.
• Interact with external clients and internal stakeholders and project leaders to manage relationships.
• Manage project team resources, timelines, and objectives; drive tasks to completion to meet goals.
• Provide professional consultation on card materials, digital assets, configurations, implementation, support and benefit programs to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and maintain project plans and client-facing communications including timelines, schedules, agendas, and training plans.
• Use project management tools to track progress and communicate with team members with high proficiency.
• Ensure business and functional requirements align with product roadmap; promote project management practices.
• Identify risks and escalate issues to management; manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Conduct post-project reviews to improve workflow and identify efficiencies.
• Lead conference calls/onsite meetings for milestones (Kickoff, requirements, Cutover).
• Direct configuration and systems integration from scoping to implementation.
• Assess risks, assist problem solving, and identify cost savings.
• Apply industry trends to improve client service; review work and docs; keep stakeholders informed.
