InComm Payments is seeking a Project Manager I to lead end-to-end project implementations across multiple clients from initiation to closure. You will collaborate with product teams, analysts, and clients to ensure alignment with business needs and project goals.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of project management experience in healthcare or financial services, with a solid grasp of Office 365, MS Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience with project coordination or project management.
• Client-facing account or implementation support experience.
• Healthcare operations, technology, financial services, or related industries.
• CAPM or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Maintain control for entire implementation, initiation, planning, execution, closing, and monitoring across multiple projects and clients.
• Interact with external clients and coordinate with internal stakeholders and project leaders.
• Manage project team resources, timelines, objectives, and schedules.
• Provide consultation on card materials, digital assets, configurations, implementation, and benefit programs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and client communications.
• Use project management tools to track progress and communicate with team members.
