Job summary

Germfree is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead Smarthood deployments across hospital pharmacies. You will oversee installation, integration, and optimization of laminar flow and biosafety products with IV compounding software, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

The role requires expertise in cleanroom standards, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to travel up to 75% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of laminar flow hoods, biosafety cabinets, and cleanroom technology.
• Experience implementing large-scale healthcare systems.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification and Licensure preferred.
• Training in cleanroom environments or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Understanding of IV compounding processes and software integration advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead kickoff calls, periodic check-ins, and optimization meetings during the project implementation lifecycle.
• Plan and execute the Full Implementation Cycle for Smarthood, including discovery, initiation, installation, Go-Live, and optimization.
• Act as the main point of contact for communication and status updates.
• Install and configure Smarthood portfolio products and hardware.
• Facilitate rapid operationalization to minimize downtime in hospital pharmacies.
• Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to customers and stakeholders.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workbooks, checklists, and training documents.
• Maintain documentation of all installation and service activities for compliance.
• Assist set-in-place services for other Germfree products.
• Participate in on-site service calls as needed.
