Job summary

Southcoast Health in Fall River seeks a Business Operations Coordinator for Imaging Services. This role supports senior leadership, prepares documents and reports, and coordinates communication with physicians and staff at Charlton Memorial Hospital.

The position requires an Associate degree or equivalent, strong MS Office and Acrobat skills, and five years of related experience. Vaccination against flu and COVID-19 is required unless exempt by signed statement.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Proficient skills in Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
• Five (5) years of related work experience is required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or exempt with signed statement.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Director, Site Directors, Managers, Physician Chairman and Site Medical Directors with diversified administrative duties.
• Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, agendas, memos and annual reports using various computer programs.
• Interact with senior management and medical staff across IT, Legal, HR and Marketing to support operational efforts.
