• Develop maintenance and project plans; manage budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Review construction plans and specifications; enforce contract provisions.
• Conduct on-site inspections; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare requisitions, and order parts, equipment and materials.
• Lead ongoing professional development and knowledge expansion in maintenance trends.
• Oversee capital outlay and major repair projects; supervise in-house staff.
