Job summary

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking a Human Resource Information System Analyst to manage and optimize PAGNY’s HRIS data and processes. The role supports projects, produces standard and ad hoc reports, and ensures data integrity across the system for a large multi-hospital physician group in New York City.

The HRIS Analyst collaborates with HR and IT teams, tests new features, and maintains compliance with data security policies while supporting clinical and administrative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field required.
• At least three years of experience with HR business systems is highly preferred.
• SHRM-CP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with various teams to determine short- and long-term HRIS objectives and optimize HRIS applications.
• Generates reports and supports a variety of reports or queries using reporting tools.
• Maintains data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
• Tests new applications and features with the HRIS team and ensures data security compliance.
• Provides site operations support for Affiliate Specialists.
