Job summary

Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY) is seeking a Human Resource Information System Analyst to manage and optimize our PAGNY HRIS. You will maintain data integrity, support specialized projects, and collaborate with the HRIS team to enhance system performance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in IT, 3+ years of HRIS experience, and comfort with reporting tools and Microsoft Office. This is a full-time on-site role based in PAGNY Corporate, NYC.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• At least three years of HR business systems experience.
• SHRM-CP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to determine system objectives and optimize HRIS modules and systems.
• Generate reports and maintain a variety of queries using reporting tools.
• Ensure data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.
• Test new applications, customize HRIS, and support system security/compliance.

Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY),has an opportunity for a Human Resource Information System Analyst (HRIS Analyst). We are a multispecialty medical practice group, staffs several municipal hospitals and clinics within New York City through an affiliation agreement withNYC Health + Hospitals. The HRIS Analyst manages, maintains and helps optimize the PAGNY Human Capital Management system. As part of the HRIS the role is to maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization HRIS data, and support in specialized projects.

Opportunity Details;

• Collaborates with various teams to determine the short- and long-term system objectives, develops a plan to modify and optimize HRIS applications, modules and systems to meet those objectives.
• Utilizes interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish project goals.
• Recommends process/service improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes to better support our clinical and administrative staff.
• Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
• Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing team needs.
• Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
• Collaborate with the rest of HRIS team to plan, modify, and customize the HRIS system and to test new applications and features.
• Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Participates in user group meetings/conferences.
• Provides site operations support as needed for Affiliate Specialists.
• Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
• Ability to work with confidential information.
• Experience working withing a healthcare organization or physician group is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design.
• Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field required.
• At least three years of experience with HR business systems is highly preferred.
• SHRM-CP a plus.
