• Generalist experience across recruitment, benefits, payroll, 401(k) administration, leave management, and policy development.
• Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and COBRA.
• Comfort working in a start-up environment and on-site in Oak Brook, IL.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and serve as the primary HR resource for leadership and employees.
• Build scalable HR processes, systems, and workflows to support company growth.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Oversee recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles with the recruiting team and managers.
• Manage offer letters, background checks, credentialing, and onboarding.
• Administer health, dental, vision, and other benefits including open enrollment and broker relations.
• Serve as 401(k) plan administrator: enrollments, contributions, vendor coordination, and annual testing.
• Manage multi-state payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and tax compliance.
• Coordinate leaves: FMLA, ADA accommodations, and state programs.
• Develop, update, and maintain the employee handbook and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across states.
