Job summary

PAGNY, a large healthcare provider in New York, seeks an Affiliate Operations Specialist (HR) to support onboarding, credentialing, and HRIS maintenance at its NYC site. You will liaise with recruiting, hiring managers, and site leadership to ensure accurate employee records and smooth new-hire processes.

Ideal candidates have a healthcare HR background, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years' healthcare HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience.
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding of new hires and coordinate credentialing processes.
• Serve as primary contact for HR inquiries and onboarding tracking.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and related systems.
• Coordinate timesheet processing, payroll calendars, and benefits.
• Support site leadership and HR partners; participate in committee meetings.
• Handle routine labor relations inquiries and escalate complex matters.
