BrightSpring Health Services is offering an HR Intern program designed to give you hands-on experience across HR functions and departments. You will support talent acquisition, organizational development, communications, and learning & development while networking with mentors and professionals.

From day one, you will participate in workshops and leadership discussions, collaborate with peers on real-world HR projects, and gain a deeper understanding of healthcare operations and the employee

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Self-driven and detail-oriented.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Capable of managing time and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Passionate about the healthcare industry and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
• Provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as talent acquisition, organizational development, communications, and learning & development.
• Participate in interactive workshops, networking events, and leadership discussions for industry insight.
• Collaborate with peers, work on real-world projects, and gain exposure to different departments.
