Job summary

With 3–5 years of HR experience and a focus on confidentiality, you will handle routine inquiries, assist with HR projects, and help maintain accurate employee records in a fast-paced, values-driven health system.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience preferred.
• Experience supporting HR policies, programs, and processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for routine HR inquiries from team members and leaders, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Support the HR Business Advisory team with daily HR activities, processes, and administrative functions.
• Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Provide general guidance regarding HR policies, processes, and available resources, escalating complex matters to appropriate HR partners.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and COEs to support employee-related initiatives and organizational needs.
• Maintain accurate employee records, reports, and confidential HR documentation.

Education

Associate degree in Human Resources/Business Administration

Bachelor’s degree preferred

SHRM-CP preferred

PHR preferred
