Job summary

MedLink Georgia in Colbert, GA is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations across our Georgia locations. You will coordinate new employee orientation, manage benefits and documents, run FMLA/leave processes, keep HR records up to date, and work closely with the HR Director to foster a compliant, efficient workplace.

The role requires an associate degree (or higher) and at least two years in HR, with strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of HR experience (onboarding, training, workforce development).
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of employment laws and onboarding best practices.

Responsibilities

• Process FMLA/STD paperwork and track leave accruals.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Maintain HR records, payroll-related documents, and benefits.
• Assist with I-9 reverifications and background checks.
• Support HR Director with compliance and reporting.
