Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and executes recruitment processes and postings.
• Prepares onboarding documents and conducts new hire orientation.
• Supports employee relations, performance management, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Assists with annual performance reviews and training coordination.
• Administers benefits, leave programs (PFML, etc.), and handles inquiries.
• Maintains HR records and ensures regulatory compliance across locations.
• Supports workforce planning and staffing across multiple practice locations.
