Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR operations including staffing, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
• Oversee time and attendance processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Guide leaders on performance management, including coaching and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Support onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Drive performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives.
