Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a dynamic and talented Human Resources Director to join our Leadership Team at Fremont Hospital. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role ensures HR activities comply with state and federal laws, licensing and accreditation bodies, and facility contracts.

The Director oversees recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and orientation, employee relations, workers' compensation and maintains personnel records in the HRIS system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• HR Certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.
• Leadership and administrative abilities with excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities
