Job summary

The Ranch at Dove Tree is seeking an HR Coordinator to support healthcare HR operations in Lubbock, TX. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HRIS data maintenance, benefits support, and employee relations. The role emphasizes compliant, timely, and accurate documentation in a collaborative environment.

Two+ years HR experience in healthcare is preferred. Onsite position with a comprehensive benefits plan and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human resources, business or related field required OR High School diploma plus related comparable experience.
• Two or more years’ human resources experience required, preferably in healthcare field.
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission, facility licensing standards and third-party payor requirements is beneficial to aspects of the job.
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and tracking open positions.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities, including completion of required employment documents.
• Maintain accurate employee information in HRIS and other required systems.
• Track licensure, certification, training, and other compliance-related requirements.
• Serve as an initial point of contact for routine HR questions from employees and supervisors.
• Track employee training completion through the Learning Management System and support HR projects and reporting.
