LanceSoft seeks a Healthcare Human Resources Coordinator to support multi-site healthcare operations, handling HR tasks across Pain Management Clinics, Primary Care, Urgent Care, Physical Therapy, and Ambulatory Surgery Center. You will ensure confidentiality and manage HR records, onboarding, and workforce administration.

The role emphasizes HIPAA, OSHA, and AAAHC compliance, with strong emphasis on credentialing, employee relations, and strategic HR support within a dynamic healthcare

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, onboarding, and performance management.
• Experience managing employee records and HR compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/workforce management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience with credentialing, privileging, accreditation processes and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, AAAHC).
